Attorneys for Kyle Rittenhouse have dismissed a “very finely veiled effort to inject the issue of race” into the double-murder trial of the Kenosha shooter after district attorneys connected the 18- year-old to the Proud Boys and white supremacy.

An affidavit submitted by Kenosha County Assistant District Lawyer Thomas C. Binge tried to get the bond plan for Rittenhouse altered after he was spotted drinking at a bar quickly after he pleaded not guilty to the charges versus him on January 5.

Rittenhouse is implicated of eliminating 2 people and injuring one other during Black Lives Matter demonstrations in Kenosha in August2020

Cops were made conscious that Rittenhouse was at the bar on January 5 but ruled his presence did not violate the conditions of his $2 million bond.

Rittenhouse is accused of traveling from his home town in Antioch, Illinois, and signing up with up with right-wing militia groups as soon as in Kenosha prior to shooting Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum during the BLM protests.

While reactionary armed groups were discovered to have actively encouraged violence at the Kenosha protest, Facebook formerly verified that they discovered no evidence that Rittenhouse followed or was welcomed to any of the pages. Kyle Rittenhouse
