” I remain in the second half of the 2nd [trimester],” she stated, describing how far along she is. “I’m doing great. I’m pushing it. I’m so impatient.”

” I feel like I could take it on!” Meghan said.

The two continued to talk about Meghan’s pregnancy with a fun video game called “Santa or infant?” and one round quizzed the singer on what’s more exhausting: being an expecting mommy or making an album.

” I’m more tired in the studio wrapping up an album,” Meghan responded. “I have actually been lucky though, my pregnancy is great … Some individuals have a hard time method more. I’m been very fortunate. I’m simply growing.”

The mix of the two has actually been particularly tiring!

” Numerous tunes [like] ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,’ I actually battled with,” Meghan exposed. “I was like, I can not breathe. I’m pregnant, so I’m currently winded. I was like, perhaps it’ll be different when I’m not pregnant.”

Plus, she wasn’t simply going to nix the track– particularly since, as Meghan informed Carissa, she chose the tunes for An Extremely Trainor Christmas based on “memories that I had maturing.”

” I wanted things that I knew … like Michael Buble‘s ‘White Christmas,’ is so excellent and one of my preferred vacation tunes,” Meghan stated, including that she made certain she was practical, too. “I knew I’m not going to take on Mariah Carey I’m not going to take on ‘O Holy Night’ because I can’t get up there.”

” It was always meant to be,” she stated. My team was like, oh my god, your Christmas album is gon na be insane.

So why now?

” It just felt so right, this time, and being caught in your home,” Meghan informed Carissa. “We were like, there’s no much better time to do it. Let’s have some type of delight while the world is collapsing and let’s bring joy to member of the family.”
