As anticipated amidst a pandemic, it was a diminished offseason.

Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies offseason has been filled with lots of ups and downs.

The Phillies also made some upgrades to their historically bad bullpen, however their Opening Day lineup figures to look a lot like the one they used in 2020 when they completed below.

For the Angels, offense isn’t their problem.

Twins

The Minnesota Twins were very peaceful throughout the first half of this offseason.

Minnesota could use more pitching aid, both in the rotation and in the bullpen.

Honorable points out: Cardinals(yes, they got Nolan Arenado however they can do more), Sports(are the reigning AL West champs even trying to stay competitors?), Makers(kept most of their 2020 squad, but need to do more to stay competitive)
